The Reminderville Police Department offers copies of police reports at no charge. Please click HERE to print out a request form. Once completed please return to the Reminderville Police Department Monday through Friday 8AM - 4PM. Requesting parties are required to provide current photo identification. You will be notified when your report will be ready for pick up, usually within five business days.
